Money transfers worldwide could take from 5 minutes up to seventy-two (72) working hours. Delays and other restrictions may apply in some countries or transactions may be delayed for compliance and other legal checks. Money transfers will be paid out in cash or bank deposit, in the currency available and agreed at the point of sale.

The transaction is available received by the beneficiary in 30 days. Transactions that have not been collected after 30 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the sender.

You further represent and warrant to us that if you are an individual and you are registered with us, you are not acting on behalf of an undisclosed principal or a third party. Smart Pay reserves the right to access various government and private databases to verify and validate the information you supply us.

Smart Pay will refund the transaction as soon as a revocation request is approved.
